Costs and travel

The Enable Project is usually funded through direct payments that are allocated to you by your social worker. If you’re not currently in receipt of any financial support, we’d recommend contacting your local council to find out what you might be entitled to. Costs can also be paid for privately.

We provide door to door transport which is free of charge to all participants. This includes a pickup and drop off service from and to your home address, as well as transport between activities.

We recognise that everyone is an individual, and we always work closely with participants and their loved ones to determine what level of support they need, and in which setting they'd feel most comfortable.

We normally offer support on a 3:1, 2:1 and 1:1 basis, depending on your needs and wishes. Some people join other participants as part of a group for some sessions, and have 1:1 support during other sessions. The Enable Project really does offer a bespoke service that is completely tailored to your needs, so don't be afraid to get in touch for a chat - we're very friendly, and very flexible. We are also fully regulated by the CQC, so we can provide personal care if required.

We always carry out a full assessment of each participant’s needs in order to ensure everyone receives the right level of support whilst out and about with our activity co-ordinators.
